Major Daniel Mason
Major Daniel Mason graduated from Hubbard High School and Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice.
In 1992, Major Mason was hired at the Warren Police Department. Major Daniel Mason demonstrated a history of outstanding service in law enforcement and was promoted to Commander of the Internal Affairs Division, Detective, and Lieutenant, of the Warren Police Department.
Major Mason graduated from the 63rd Session of the Ohio Chiefs’ of Police Executive Leadership College. Major Mason shares his knowledge of Crisis Management, Forensic/Criminal Investigations, Emergency Management, and Policy Writing, as a certified instructor with the Ohio Peace Officer’s Basic Academy.
In 2017, Major Mason retired from the Warren Police Department with 25 years of dedicated service and accepted the position of Major of Administration and Operations of the Jail at the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office.
